A new headquarters for the IM group set in Solihull comprises of 4 new buildings. The new high spec office block comprises of 3 floors of office space provided with LTHW and CHW throughout. Domestic services feeding showers, toilet blocks, gym, kitchenettes and a restaurant. Chiller compound and a roof top plant room fabricated off site and assembled on site by our experienced installation team. A large project with a unique design completed in 2018.
